VetCheck's automated client satisfaction surveys can help increase client reviews and cultivate new clients. Client feedback, good or bad, is important in overall practice improvement and obtaining positive client reviews.
For practices enrolled in the marketing package, clients will automatically receive the satisfaction survey with any handouts shared. The survey will pop up instantly on a desktop browser or the client can click on rate the practice at the bottom of the communication.
Ratings 4 or 5 will be automatically forwarded to the Google or Facebook review page. Ratings of 3 or below will be sent to the practice's email address.
The survey focuses on the client's experience and employee engagement with the top priorities on client service and team culture.
