Auto-create a file within RxWorks, ezyVet or Ascend for a new client. This will also only work for new clients with a dog or cat, at this stage.
We recommend that your team check that a file does not already exist within RxWorks, ezyVet or Ascend before creating a new client file from a VetCheck new client form.
This function requires access to your RxWorks, ezyVet and Ascend API. For permission to access your clinic’s RxWorks or Ascend API, please complete this form and return to [email protected]

The last name and email address on the form will be cross referenced with the RxWorks/Ascend/ezyVet database.

The NEW CLIENT FORM IS SEARCHED BY PET OWNER EMAIL ADDRESS
VetCheck will always check the pet owners email address within the PMS system.
If the email address exists, but the pet does not, a new patient will be created under the existing client file
If the email address does NOT exist, a completely NEW client file will be created within the PMS
We recommend that you advise your clients that clinic communications will come to their email address to encourage them to provide you with their most active email address.
