How to troubleshoot a potential VetCheck issue
Occasionally you may encounter a problem with VetCheck. The following instructions will help you provide more information so that the VetCheck team can further investigate.
Here are some things to check
- Are you using Chrome?
- Are there any Chrome updates required?
- Does VetCheck work outside of the practice management system? If yes, it's most likely a practice management issue but feel free to report to VetCheck to investigate.
How to get information from the console log
Obtaining a photo of the console log when a button fails or a video of your action that is failing will greatly help the VetCheck team determine what is going wrong. Please follow these instructions to obtain this information
Please take a full screenshot of the Console
- In your Chrome browser, click on the 3 vertical dot icon and then navigate to More tools > Developer tools
- Make sure you can see the "Console" details
- Take an image or video of your task with the console log open
- Email to [email protected]
