How to use the related documents>

RELATED DOCUMENTS

Quickly access the same patients consent forms, past anaesthesia or dental charts, discharge instructions or certificates from this related document.

The NEW GA and Hospital charts now have a tab on the righthand side called "RELATED"

All documents that contain the same client last name, pet name and email address will appear in this area.

Simply click on the RELATED icon and it will open up the list of related documents

Click on any of these documents and it will open in a new tab so yuo can easily view the document.

Troubleshooting

If any existing documents are not showing, it will mean that the client's last name, pet's name or email address is not the EXACT same as the document you are looking at. To make this consistent, please ensure that these input fields are exactly the same.
